Modest Maternity: Black and White Maxi Skirt

Good Morning! Welcome to another Modest Maternity.  You can read more about my reasons for wanting to write about how to have a modest (yet stylish!) maternity wardrobe here. As I mentioned previously, the goal of Modest Maternity is to feature one item of clothing each week. I will show you four ways to style the featured piece of the week. I will try my best to tell you where it came from (including a link if possible!) as well as how much I paid for it.

Today's featured article of clothing is a black and white striped maxi skirt that I got from Walmart for $10.00. I do like the skirt very much, but as I have said in my other Modest Maternity posts, I would buy the version of this skirt  available here on Amazon for $17.54. I like this skirt because I think the pattern helps to keep it from being boring. As much as I LOVE maxi skirts, sometimes it can get old to wear solid color blocks.

  1. I absolutely love all of the outfits! I wear maxiskirts a lot (even before they came back into style) and I wish I'd had some to fit while I was pregnant. We're going to be purchasing several more maxiskirts in my size and sizes for the girls before they're all off the shelves again so that we have them until we can't stand them lol (like they'd ever grow too old). We also shop at thrift stores and I've been able to get some wonderful things there as well!
