Good Morning! Welcome to another Modest Maternity. You can read more about my reasons for wanting to write about how to have a modest (yet stylish!) maternity wardrobe here. As I mentioned previously, the goal of Modest Maternity is to feature one item of clothing each week. I will show you four ways to style the featured piece of the week. I will try my best to tell you where it came from (including a link if possible!) as well as how much I paid for it.
The article of clothing that I will be featuring this week is a Maroon Maxi Skirt! This is the same type of skirt that I featured in my Forth of July Modest Maternity post. This is the "burgundy" version of that skirt. Being a graduate of Texas A&M University, I cannot bring myself to call it burgundy. So for this article burgundy will be changed to maroon. Anyways, getting back to the important part, this skirt was $17.70 and while that is more than I would normally pay for a single article of clothing I consider this to be a staple piece and totally worth the cost. You can find one for yourself here. With that being said, lets begin!
Maroon skirt: 17.10 on Amazon
Light Pink Shirt: Wet Seal, purchased from a thrift store for $1.00
Scarf: Walmart clearance $2.00
Maroon skirt: 17.10 on Amazon
Striped Pink and Maroon Shirt: Modest Maternity, purchased from a thrift store for $1.00
White Undershirt: Walmart (pack of 3) for $9.78
Maroon skirt: 17.10 on Amazon
Brown Shirt: Target, purchased from a thrift store for $1.00
Scarf: Walmart (2 pack) $4.98
Maroon skirt: 17.10 on Amazon
Light Pink Shirt with white embellishment on shoulder: Forever 21, purchased from a thrift store for $1.00
So these were my outfit ideas for this week's Modest Maternity series. I hope that you enjoyed it. I will be posting more of these outfit examples often to my blog. It won't be on a regularly scheduled day, so be sure to check back often.

I love how you changed the look with one skirt. Very frugal and fashion friendly :) Sometimes I pay a bit more for a skirt also knowing they are so versatile and then save money on the blouses from thrift shops like you did. Very nice! Thank you for linking up to the Art of Home-Making Mondays. Please join us again next week!
